An opportunity to create significant life changes is by participating in group synergies, commonly known as teamwork. The power of group efforts to create a specific effect(s) far surpasses that of individual effort.

A group synergy is a 40-day process. The number 40 is recommended as it is the number that is associated with transformation. Each group synergy focuses on one Alphabet Letter. The intention of the group synergy will be according to the meaning of the chosen Letter. A model sheet with instructions is provided for the participants.
